Your tasks
  • You are respon­si­ble for the entire recruit­ing process and act as a busi­ness part­ner for the hir­ing man­agers in order to fill vacan­cies efficiently
  • You develop tai­lored recruit­ing strate­gies (active sourc­ing, employer brand­ing, social media, etc.) and ana­lyze the effec­tive­ness of
    dif­fer­ent channels
  • You man­age, help imple­ment and opti­mize all HR processes from
    A to Z
  • You sup­port and act as a con­sul­tant to all man­agers on all labor law and employee-related issues
  • The inte­grated sup­port of employ­ees from entry to exit com­plete your field of activity

 

Your pro­file
  • You have a degree in the field of Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion or a
    com­pa­ra­ble edu­ca­tion, ide­ally with a focus on human resources
  • You have already gained some prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in recruit­ing or in the HR envi­ron­ment through intern­ships, work­ing stu­dent activ­i­ties or a trainee program
  • You are pro­fi­cient in MS Office, ide­ally you have already gained
    expe­ri­ence with a per­son­nel admin­is­tra­tion program
  • You speak Ger­man and Eng­lish fluently
  • You are highly moti­vated to actively par­tic­i­pate in the per­son­nel work of a start-up and to proac­tively develop it further
  • You not only have a good feel­ing for peo­ple in the working
    rela­tion­ship, but are also a strong com­mu­ni­ca­tor, empa­thetic and have a pos­i­tive charisma
  • You excel with an open and proac­tive per­son­al­ity and a self-starter men­tal­ity to mas­ter the bal­anc­ing act between operational
    day-to-day busi­ness and con­cep­tual HR work.
