Your tasks
  • Analy­sis, bench­mark­ing and trou­bleshoot­ing of com­plex and fas­ci­nat­ing robotic prob­lems at our customer’s facil­i­ties
  • Deploy­ment, main­te­nance and ser­vice of our robots
  • Eval­u­a­tion of our cur­rent robot soft­ware with regard to per­for­mance bot­tle­necks, prob­lems and cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion
  • Doc­u­men­ta­tion of the prob­lems and sup­port of the bug­fixes
  • Direct work on our robots, with tasks in hard­ware as well as soft­ware
  • Close col­lab­o­ra­tion with our devel­op­ers in the head office
  • Analy­sis of require­ments and train­ing of our cus­tomers


  • Bach­e­lor or Mas­ter in robot­ics, IT, mecha­tron­ics or sim­i­lar
  • First expe­ri­ence in soft­ware devel­op­ment, ide­ally in robot­ics and/or embed­ded soft­ware
  • Knowl­edge of ROS / mobile robot­ics , Linux, and Python, C++ skills are nice to have!
  • Ini­tial expe­ri­ence with ver­sion con­trol sys­tems is an advan­tage
  • Basic under­stand­ing of mechan­ics, elec­tri­cal sys­tems, net­works, IT and basic Linux admin­is­tra­tion
  • Flu­ent Eng­lish and basic Ger­man skills are required
  • Hands-on men­tal­ity in tack­ling com­plex prob­lems
  • Excel­lent cus­tomer rela­tion­ship and orga­ni­za­tional tal­ent
  • High will­ing­ness to travel (about 80% of the time), in Ger­many and world­wide
