Your tasks
  • Devel­op­ment of new fea­tures for our robots TORU and SOTO as well as for 3rd party robot using our ACROS soft­ware stack
  • Imple­men­ta­tion, inte­gra­tion and test­ing of new robot func­tion­al­ity in the areas of nav­i­ga­tion, local­iza­tion, behav­ior coor­di­na­tion and gen­eral robot software

 

Your pro­file
  • PhD or Mas­ter degree in com­puter sci­ence, robot­ics, or sim­i­lar qualification
  • 4+ years of rel­e­vant work expe­ri­ence devel­op­ing robot software
  • Excel­lent pro­gram­ming skills in C++ and Python and solid soft­ware engi­neer­ing practice
  • Hands-on expe­ri­ence in one or more of the fol­low­ing areas: robot nav­i­ga­tion, local­iza­tion, behav­ior coordination
  • Struc­tured and inde­pen­dent work­ing style
  • Flu­ent Eng­lish required, Ger­man nice to have
