Working Student (f/m/x) Robot QA

Your tasks

• You work closely with our roboti­cists to design, imple­ment, exe­cute and main­tain QA pro­ce­dures for all com­po­nents in the system
• You test and setup robots being pro­duced before being shipped to our customers
• You ana­lyze, trou­bleshoot and report com­plex and fas­ci­nat­ing robotic prob­lems before they reach our customer’s facilities
• You improve our soft­ware qual­ity frame­work, includ­ing soft­ware unit tests, inte­gra­tion tests, func­tional hard­ware-in-the-loop tests, and robot per­for­mance tests
• You help to drive our soft­ware deploy­ment pro­ce­dures from the devel­op­ers to the robots, which includes main­tain­ing our build farm, build­ing soft­ware pack­ages, inte­grat­ing with auto­mated test­ing pro­ce­dures, and man­ag­ing releases

Your pro­file

• You are cur­rently study­ing in the field of robot­ics, com­puter sci­ence, elec­tri­cal engi­neer­ing, mecha­tron­ics, or similar
• You have basic under­stand­ing of mechan­ics, elec­tri­cal sys­tems, net­works, IT and basic Linux administration
• You worked on a Linux sys­tem before or are eager to learn it
• There is an extra smile from us if … 
  • … you have knowl­edge of ROS
  • … you gained first prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence in the field of robotics
• You are flu­ent Eng­lish, Ger­man is nice to have
• The job is mostly done on site, so ide­ally you live in/close to Munich
