• You are respon­si­ble that the work of about 100 deve­lo­pers in 8+ teams and dif­fe­rent loca­ti­ons is pro­perly plan­ned, that the imple­men­ta­tion runs wit­hout impe­di­ments, and that results are being deli­vered to our customers
• You prepare and mode­rate the cross-team deve­lo­p­ment plan­ning in an eight-week cycle in col­la­bo­ra­tion with the pro­duct manage­ment, deve­lo­p­ment, and QA teams
• During the cycle, you moni­tor and report upon the pro­gress of the indi­vi­dual teams w.r.t. the plan as well as their bug back­log, and faci­li­tate the reso­lu­tion of impe­di­ments and miti­ga­tion of risks
• You ensure that code arti­facts are pro­du­ced, tes­ted, released and deli­vered by the teams and suc­cessfully run on the robots in production
• You are con­stantly loo­king for new ways of enhan­cing the pro­ces­ses and our way of col­la­bo­ra­tion, while having an eye on the end-to-end delivery
