Your tasks
- You are able to independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- You are responsible for all accounting processes in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- You are responsible for the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- You are responsible for the coordination of payment transactions and monitoring of bank accounts and reconciliations
- You are responsible for the coordination of travel expenses and credit card accounting
- You support in the implementation of relevant accounting/finance systems
- You are in continuous exchange with different stakeholders of other departments regarding invoicing processes
- You are the main contact person for all internal accounting matters as well as for auditors, tax advisors, authorities, etc
Your Profile
- You have a minimum of 2–3 years professional experience in accounting, finance or controlling
- You are a certified accountant or have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance
- You are confident in working with DATEV
- Ideally you have experience in working with Weclapp, however, this is not a must
- You have a sharp mind and strong analytical skills
- Your work is very structured, efficient and you are able to break down complex tasks into simple processes
- You are a strong team player, but you also enjoy working independently while taking responsibility
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with other departments and external parties
- You speak fluent German and English
