Due to the struc­ture of Mag­a­zino, the ben­e­fits men­tioned may vary depend­ing on the func­tion. You are wel­come to dis­cuss the spe­cific ben­e­fits with us per­son­ally dur­ing the appli­ca­tion process.

You are enti­tled to 30 days of vaca­tion per year and, thanks to our hybrid work­ing model, you can also work 50% of your work­ing hours remotely. We also offer worka­tion for all posi­tions where pres­ence is not required. 

Your health is impor­tant to us, so we want to take as much orga­ni­za­tion off your hands as pos­si­ble. How? We offer reg­u­lar check-ups on-site, vac­ci­na­tion days at least twice a year as well as var­i­ous health days. You can also lease a job bike with us.

The oblig­a­tory fruit, cof­fee and fully packed fridge are just dec­o­ra­tive acces­sories to our full board at Mag­a­zino. Every day at 12:00, you will be offered a freshly cooked and free lunch by our French chef, which you can enjoy together with your col­leagues. You can also start your day with some cere­als in the morning. 

In addi­tion to your fixed salary, we also sup­port you in your com­pany pen­sion scheme, with your relo­ca­tion to Munich for your job and sub­si­dize the Deutsch­land-Ticket so that you can explore the sur­round­ings in your free time as well as com­mut­ing. We also sup­port all indi­vid­ual group events (e.g. squash, hand let­ter­ing, museum visits). 

Good team spirit is very impor­tant to us, which is why we have reg­u­lar team events, dif­fer­ent and indi­vid­ual sports and leisure groups as well as an annual com­pany-wide week­end in the Aus­trian mountains. 

We pre­fer to grow together. To guar­an­tee this, we have an active feed­back cul­ture with quar­terly feed­back meet­ings, a Mag­a­zino Acad­emy in which employ­ees share their knowl­edge and you also receive an indi­vid­ual train­ing bud­get of €1,200 per year.
