  • You prepare and moderate the cross-team development planning in an eight-week cycle in collaboration with the product management, development, and QA teams
  • During the cycle, you monitor and report upon the progress of the individual teams w.r.t. the plan as well as their bug backlog, and facilitate the resolution of impediments and mitigation of risks
  • You ensure that code artifacts are produced, tested, released and delivered by the teams and successfully run on the robots in production
  • You are constantly looking for new ways of enhancing the processes and our way of collaboration while having an eye on the end-to-end delivery

  • You have already gained 5+ years of experience in managing cross-team software development projects, which gave you a deep understanding of agile development principles and practices
  • You are able to quickly grasp and structure large and complex technical topics and work towards solutions considering the needs and requirements of the different teams
  • You are used to driving topics in large groups and to moderating effective meetings with many stakeholders with a focus on solutions and generating tangible outcomes
  • You bring a positive mindset, actively seek responsibility, and take initiative to move projects forward
  • Nice to have:
