Your tasks

As Lead Designer (m/f/x) at Mag­a­zino you will be respon­s­able for the brand appear­ance and dif­fer­ent tasks, such as project man­age­ment, prod­uct design, graphic design, UX design, office design, trade fair plan­ning and much more!

Project Man­age­ment

  • Strate­gic project planning
  • Man­ag­ing agen­cies and exter­nal workers
  • Exe­cut­ing user tests and work­shops for the prod­uct development
  • Assum­ing respon­s­abil­ity for the cor­po­rate design
  • Inter­fac­ing with inter­nal and exter­nal stakeholders

Prod­uct Design

  • Assum­ing respon­s­abil­ity for all design matters
  • Cre­at­ing long-termed visions / iter­a­tions con­cern­ing the product
  • Plan­ning the trade pre­sen­ta­tion (e.g. com­mu­ni­ca­tion con­cept, booth plan­ning, infor­ma­tion material)

UX Design

  • Con­tribut­ing to an UX design that sim­pli­fies our clients’ han­dling of the robots
  • Design­ing a con­sis­tent UX lan­guage (Soft­ware, Hard­ware, Logis­tics environment
  • Real­iz­ing oper­at­ing con­cepts and test­ing of usability

 

Require­ments
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, com­mu­ni­ca­tions, mar­ket­ing or related fields
  • Work expe­ri­ence in prod­uct or ser­vice design
  • User exper­tise in Adobe CC (Pho­to­shop, InDe­sign, Illus­tra­tor), Microsoft Office and CAD (Solid­Works), know-how in ani­ma­tion and motion graph­ics (Cin­ema 4D, Adobe Pre­miere, Adobe After Effects) is a plus
  • Flu­ency in Eng­lish and German
  • Affin­ity for good design, robot­ics and tech­nol­ogy in general
  • Strate­gic work­ing meth­ods, hands-on men­tal­ity  and a quick com­pre­hen­sion of com­plex and tech­ni­cal information
  • Nice to have: Lead­er­ship experience
