The smart SOTO excels in injec­tion mould­ing pro­duc­tion. This autonomous mobile robot (AMR) is specif­i­cally designed to work safely along­side both humans and other machines.

 

Con­nected to the rel­e­vant ERP and MES sys­tem, SOTO receives its orders auto­mat­i­cally and com­pletes them inde­pen­dently thanks to its built-in intel­li­gence: it nav­i­gates autonomously between the auto­matic small parts ware­house (AKL) and the injec­tion mould­ing machine, exchang­ing full KLTs for empty ones. Mate­r­ial track­ing via bar­codes is pos­si­ble at any time.

SOTO autonomously col­lects full KLTs from the machine and places empty con­tain­ers based on machine cycle times.

SOTO can accu­rately iden­tify and han­dle KLTs regard­less of their size, posi­tion, or height. If needed, it can rotate KLTs by 90° or 180°.

High trans­port capac­ity with mate­r­ial tracking

Up to 24 KLTs can be trans­ported simul­ta­ne­ously, 24/7. This ensures a con­tin­u­ous mate­r­ial flow and trans­parency through bar­code scanning.
