Your tasks

• You assist in the recruit­ing process to ensure a smooth and effi­cient expe­ri­ence and an excel­lent can­di­date journey.
• You main­tain and admin­is­ter our Appli­cant Track­ing Sys­tem (ATS) Per­so­nio, and man­age our exter­nal pres­ence on job boards, career pages, and other platforms.
• You sup­port Active Sourc­ing activ­i­ties to iden­tify suit­able can­di­dates for our open positions.
• You assist the Peo­ple & Cul­ture Team with admin­is­tra­tive and oper­a­tional tasks (e.g., cre­at­ing work con­fir­ma­tions, let­ters of ref­er­ence and orga­niz­ing interviews)
• You con­tribute to Employer Brand­ing projects.

Your pro­file

• You are study­ing busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion, psy­chol­ogy, human resources man­age­ment, or a related field.
• You have gained ini­tial expe­ri­ence in recruit­ing, HR, project man­age­ment, or a related field, either as an intern or a work­ing student.
• You are pro­fi­cient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• You have strong ana­lyt­i­cal, orga­ni­za­tional, and prob­lem-solv­ing skills.
• You have a keen eye for detail, pos­sess excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­tion and inter­per­sonal skills.
• You can work inde­pen­dently as well as col­lab­o­ra­tively within a team.
• You are flu­ent in both Eng­lish and German.
