We are look­ing for a full-time, per­ma­nent Accoun­tant (f/m/x) for Mobile Robots in our Munich office.

Your tasks
  • You are able to inde­pen­dently pre­pare monthly and annual finan­cial statements
  • You are respon­si­ble for all account­ing processes in accor­dance with HGB and IFRS
  • You are respon­si­ble for the man­age­ment of accounts receiv­able and accounts payable accounting
  • You are respon­si­ble for the coor­di­na­tion of pay­ment trans­ac­tions and mon­i­tor­ing of bank accounts and reconciliations
  • You are respon­si­ble for the coor­di­na­tion of travel expenses and credit card accounting
  • You sup­port in the imple­men­ta­tion of rel­e­vant accounting/finance systems
  • You are in con­tin­u­ous exchange with dif­fer­ent stake­hold­ers of other depart­ments regard­ing invoic­ing processes
  • You are the main con­tact per­son for all inter­nal account­ing mat­ters as well as for audi­tors, tax advi­sors, author­i­ties, etc

 

Your Pro­file
  • You have a min­i­mum of 2–3 years pro­fes­sional expe­ri­ence in account­ing, finance or controlling
  • You are a cer­ti­fied accoun­tant or have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tax, account­ing, or finance
  • You are con­fi­dent in work­ing with DATEV
  • Ide­ally you have expe­ri­ence in work­ing with Weclapp, how­ever, this is not a must
  • You have a sharp mind and strong ana­lyt­i­cal skills
  • Your work is very struc­tured, effi­cient and you are able to break down com­plex tasks into sim­ple processes
  • You are a strong team player, but you also enjoy work­ing inde­pen­dently while tak­ing responsibility
  • You are a strong com­mu­ni­ca­tor and enjoy work­ing with other depart­ments and exter­nal parties
  • You speak flu­ent Ger­man and English
