Working Student (f/m/x) Project Management

Your tasks

• You sup­port the project man­age­ment and cus­tomer suc­cess teams in imple­ment­ing and sup­port­ing robot fleets at our customer’s sites with a vari­ety of dif­fer­ent tasks depend­ing on the progress of project
• You own the dash­board (Looker Stu­dio) for the cre­ation of our weekly reports to cus­tomers and Management
• You help us fur­ther advance our sup­port and ser­vice processes e.g. in terms of spare part man­age­ment and billing processes
• You main­tain & exe­cute dif­fer­ent project tem­plates within our task man­age­ment tools (JIRA)
• You cre­ate your data analy­sis, derive find­ings, and dis­cuss your results with the Mag­a­zino team

Your pro­file

• You are cur­rently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in (Indus­trial) Engi­neer­ing, (Busi­ness) Infor­mat­ics, Robot­ics, or a sim­i­lar tech­ni­cal or admin­is­tra­tive study program
• You are pas­sion­ate about Robot­ics & Intral­o­gis­tics and have an affin­ity for IT
• You are expe­ri­enced in work­ing with Excel and PowerPoint
• First expe­ri­ence with JIRA, Con­flu­ence, and Looker Stu­dio is an advantage
• You are an open-minded per­son with hands-on-men­tal­ity and the desire to con­tin­u­ously develop yourself
• You are busi­ness flu­ent in Eng­lish and German
