We are look­ing for a Ser­vice Tech­ni­cian (f/m/x) in a per­ma­nent and full-time posi­tion in our office in Munich.

As a ser­vice tech­ni­cian for high-tech robotic sys­tems, you can expect an excit­ing and var­ied posi­tion in which you will be respon­si­ble for an entire sys­tem. Your day-to-day work will be sig­nif­i­cantly influ­enced by dig­i­tal sys­tems that sup­port and opti­mize your work. As part of our start-up cul­ture, you will have the oppor­tu­nity to actively help shape and con­tin­u­ously improve our processes.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Work­ing with high-tech sys­tems: You will work with cut­ting-edge robotic sys­tems that are pio­neer­ing in the indus­try and are con­stantly being fur­ther developed.
  • Full respon­si­bil­ity: You will gain insights into the entire robotic sys­tem, from main­te­nance to trou­bleshoot­ing, opti­miza­tion and doc­u­men­ta­tion of the ser­vices you provide.
  • Dig­i­tal sys­tems & com­puter-based tools: Dig­i­tal sys­tems such as Con­flu­ence, Jira and our debug­ging tools will be a cen­tral part of your day-to-day work. You will use these sys­tems to plan and doc­u­ment your work and to inter­act with the system.
  • Process opti­miza­tion: As a mem­ber of our startup cul­ture, you can actively par­tic­i­pate in adapt­ing and opti­miz­ing our processes so that you can carry out your work with­out unnec­es­sary bureau­cracy and overhead.
  • Cus­tomer sup­port: You will be a trusted con­tact for our cus­tomers, train them in the use of our robots and ensure a pos­i­tive cus­tomer relationship.

Your pro­file

  • You have com­pleted your train­ing in the field of mechatronics/electronics or any­thing comparable
  • With your friendly approach, you are avail­able to help and advise our customers
  • We require a will­ing­ness to travel (max. 80%) and a class B dri­ving license
  • You ensure com­pli­ance with the guar­an­teed ser­vice times for our customers
  • Trou­bleshoot­ing is no for­eign word for you
  • You are an ambi­tious and inde­pen­dent per­son with a quick grasp and a high level of qual­ity awareness
  • Good writ­ten and spo­ken Ger­man and Eng­lish skills are required
