Your tasks
  • Deve­lo­p­ment of embedded C/C++ dri­vers for sen­sors and motors
  • Deve­lo­p­ment of relia­ble and robust firm­ware appli­ca­ti­ons to be used in our robots
  • Test­ing embedded sys­tems in highly varia­ble environments
  • Close col­la­bo­ra­tion with the deve­lo­pers working on the ROS hard­ware abs­trac­tion layer
  • Design and deve­lop basic con­trol algorithms

 

Requi­re­ments
  • Bachelor/Master in elec­tro­nic or com­pu­ter engineering
  • Expe­ri­ence with embedded sys­tems (nice to have: ARM Cortex)
  • Expe­ri­ence with embedded pro­gramming in C/C++ (nice to have: FreeR­TOS, CANbus)
  • Basic expe­ri­ence with Linux
  • Great pro­blem sol­ving skills and per­se­ver­ance for deve­lo­ping and test­ing applications
  • Pro­fi­ci­ent Eng­lish skills, Ger­man nice-to-have
